All of our products are proudly crafted at our historic mill in Launceston, Tasmania, using high-quality natural fibers and sustainable practices.
What is your shipping policy for domestic and international orders?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and calculated international shipping. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and tracking information is provided via email.
How should I care for my wool blankets and throws?
We recommend professional dry cleaning for best results. However, most of our wool products can be gently hand-washed in cool water with a wool-safe detergent and dried flat in the shade.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All Waverley Mills products come with a lifetime quality guarantee against manufacturing defects to ensure your heirloom piece lasts for generations.
What is your return and exchange policy?
