At Waverley Mills, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our wool products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your woolens and place them back in their original protective packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
